On the morning of April 3, Yang Xuehai, general manager and Wang Qi, deputy general manager of CETC Sichuan Tianao Aerospace Information Technology Co., Ltd., and other 3 guests came to CDUT for exchange and discussion. Xu Qiang, vice president of CDUT and executive deputy director of SKLGP, and Ju Nengpan, director of the development planning and discipline construction department, and relevant teachers attended the symposium which was presided over by Xu Qiang.

On behalf of CDUT, Xu extended a warm welcome to Chen Guilin and his party for the symposium. At first, our guest Quan Yiming, head of product department, introduced the background and progress of the project "2030 Major Project of National Science and Technology Innovation -- Space-earth Integration Network Project". Guided by national strategic needs and in accordance with the idea of "space-based networking, space-earth networking, and global serving", the project is aiming at achieve two goals: "Establishing an independent and controllable advanced network system, building a world integrated information network for global services". Then Quan elaborated the special project of natural disaster monitoring and early warning for the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, and proposed that relying on this special project , both sides could cooperate on natural resource detection and assessment, disaster monitoring and early warning, emergency relief support, etc.

Xu Qiang introduced the main disaster types of Sichuan-Tibet Railway and our research results. Under the condition of global climate change, there are some urgent problems to be solved in risk prevention and control of mountain disaster along Sichuan-Tibet Railway, such as information transmission and data sharing. Xu hopes to deepen the cooperation with Sichuan Tianao Aerospace, promoting long-term development, and achieving resource sharing, mutual benefit and win-win results.

Subsequently, the two sides had a detailed discussion on the co-establishment of monitoring and early warning center and data sharing of CETC Chengdu Ground Information Port. Our lab will organize an expert team led by Researcher Fan Xuanmei to participate in major demonstration work and provide professional guidance for long-term cooperation.
