On the afternoon of June 24, 2020, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation between the SKLGP and the CETC SPACEON CO.，LTD and the unveiling ceremony of the joint innovation center were held in Chengdu University of Technology. Tang Jun, deputy general manager of CETC SPACEON CO.，LTD, Xu Qiang, vice president of Chengdu University of Technology and executive deputy director of the laboratory, Yang Xuehai, general manager of CETC SPACEON CO.，LTD, and other leaders attended the signing and opening ceremony.

 At the meeting, Xu Qiang, vice president of CDUT, and Tang Jun, deputy general manager of CETC SPACEON CO.，LTD, Xu Qiang, delivered speeches respectively, expressing their active willingness to cooperate on the popularization and application of satellite application technology in geological disaster prevention and geological environmental protection. Yang Xuehai, general manager of CETC SPACEON CO.，LTD, gave a brief introduction to the company background and a report on the prospect of business cooperation between the two parties.

Under the witness of experts and guests present at the meeting, Vice President Xu Qiang and General Manager Yang Xuehai signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

According to the agreement, the two sides will focus on top-level planning and technological innovation, national major projects and product development, and talent exchange and training. They will work together to promote the converged applications of aerospace information technology in the fields of geological disaster prevention and geological environmental protection, so as to see a favorable environment that is made the strategic decision to lead the way, driven by technology and combines research and application for common development.

Tang Jun and Xu Qiang jointly unveiled the joint innovation center. In the future, relying on the innovation center, the two sides will jointly break through the core key technologies of the industry, promote the accumulation of innovation resources, advance the realization of key project tasks and major projects, accelerate the the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and deepen the exchange and training of talents.

 After the meeting, the two sides also made in-depth exchanges and arrangements on the work tasks and plans of the Joint Innovation Center this year.
