Ore and Energy Resource Geology was founded in 2019. In August 2022, Chengdu University of Technology entered into an agreement with Elsevier Publishing Group. The journal is co-sponsored by Elsevier and Chengdu University of Technology, affiliated to Chengdu University of Technology, and distributed by Elsevier Publishing Group. The chief editor of the journal is Franco Pirajno, a part-time professor of Chengdu University of Technology, and Professor Hou Mingcai, Vice President of Chengdu University of Technology, serves as the director of the editorial board.
This journal is an academic English journal specializing in Ore and Energy Resource Geology, mainly publishing high-quality original research articles, review articles and timely comments, etc. The scope of contributions specifically includes:

This journal has cooperated with many internationally renowned geologists to form a professional and international editorial board and review team, and will serve authors and readers wholeheartedly. Planet was founded in October 2025.Co-sponsored by Chengdu University of Technology and Higher Education Press, it is a high-level international English-language scientific journal focusing on the entire field of planetary science. 4. Journal of Chengdu University of Technology (Social Science Edition)
Journal of Chengdu University of Technology (Social Science Edition) is a comprehensive academic journal of social sciences sponsored by Chengdu University of Technology and supervised by the Education Department of Sichuan Province. The journal was founded in 1993, originally named Journal of Sichuan College of Commerce. In 2003, Journal of Sichuan College of Commerce and Higher Education Research of Science and Technology (internal journal of Chengdu University of Technology) were merged, and with the approval of the State Press and Publication Administration, it was officially renamed the current journal name, publicly distributed at home and abroad, with a quarterly publication cycle. In 2011, it was approved by the State Press and Publication Administration to change to a bimonthly publication.
Social science journals are important media for promoting the main theme, spreading Chinese excellent traditional culture and social science research results.
