The assembly featured illustrious members of the Chinese Academy of Engineering—Hu Wenrui, Lu Chunfang, Luo Pingya, Su Yinao, Zhao Wenzhi, Tang Lixin—and Professor Liu Qingyou, Secretary of the Party Committee. This inquiry not only aims to illuminate the ripple effects of Sichuan's avant-garde technologies across the nation but also to retrace the march of technological advancement, distilling wisdom from past endeavors. This comprehensive historical foundation promises to illuminate the pathways for future energy policy formulation and strategic decision-making.
