In the afternoon of July 17, 2020, Xu Rui, deputy chief engineer and director of Industrial Development Department of the 29th Research Institute of China Electronic Technology Corporation (CETC), and his 4 colleagues came to visit our Lab, and had a meeting of exchange and discussion in the meeting room 318. The meeting was presided over by Prof. Xu Qiang, Vice President and Executive Deputy Director of the laboratory, and relevant personnel from our room attended the meeting.

   Xu Qiang delivered a speech, expressing welcome to the guests from 29th Institute. After that, Xu Rui introduced their company, and Han Chunfeng, deputy chief engineer, made a demonstration about the company profile, technology direction, typical products and applications of CEC Rongwei, especially the high-precision displacement monitoring UWB deformation monitoring system. The two sides had a fruitful discussion on this system, which can be applied to field landslide deformation monitoring as soon as possible, thus actively promoting the cooperation between the two sides. Fan Xuanmei, deputy director of the Lab, also introduced the basic situation, research direction, development concept, achievements in early identification of geohazards and monitoring and early warning of SKLGP.
