CNOOC 2026 Campus Recruitment Presentation Held at CDUT

 On October 13, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) held its 2026 campus recruitment presentation at CDUT. Ju Nengpan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of CDUT, and Wang Lingen, General Manager of the Human Resources Department of China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL), attended the event. Also present were representatives from the Graduate School, the Admissions and Career Development Office, and relevant schools, together with over 300 graduating students.

Prior to the presentation, Ju Nengpan met with Wang Lingen and his delegation for discussions on strengthening university–enterprise collaboration. The two sides exchanged views on joint education, research cooperation, talent development, and graduate employment, reaching consensus on deepening the integration of industry, academia, and research, and on establishing a shared platform for long-term cooperation.

Dialogue Session at CDUT

Wang Lingen described CDUT as a “key stop” on CNOOC’ s national recruitment tour, praising CDUT s strong disciplinary strengths and the high quality of its talent cultivation, which has provided CNOOC with a steady stream of outstanding graduates. He outlined CNOOC’ s development goals and talent strategy under the forthcoming 15th Five-Year Plan, extending a sincere invitation to CDUT students to join the company in “developing the blue homeland and contributing oil to the motherland.”

         Wang Zhirui, Deputy Manager of the Geophysical Exploration Division at COSL and a distinguished 2003 alumnus of CDUT, gave a detailed presentation on CNOOC’ s development journey, business operations, and recruitment plans. He also addressed key topics of concern to graduates, offering clear guidance on application procedures, position requirements, and career development opportunities.

Following the presentation, recruitment representatives from more than ten subsidiaries of CNOOC engaged in direct discussions with graduating students. The event saw an enthusiastic response, with students actively submitting applications. Employers spoke highly of CDUT graduates, commending their solid professional foundation and strong overall competence.
